How Can a Small Red Rash On The Inner Thigh Be Treated?
I have a very small red rash (little red dots some with pustles) located on upper inner thigh and a few on the lower abdomen. I am on a liver detox plan for fatty liver. The rash is slightly painful and itchy. It has been three days and it has not spread. Some dots do look smaller today. What is it? Thank you.
It could be an eczema.
We have to rule out other possibilities also.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
